Saw this on TV with Chrissy Teigen, David Chang and their spouses and got intrigued with the menu- quite different from other Mexican restaurants we have visited but this one is iconic apparently that is why it was featured on the show. 1. Street parking 2. Service - impressive - server guided us with our selections and other staff filled our water constantly and cleared our tables as well. 3. Venue - we stayed indoors for it was cold and besides there was live entertainment (wonderful solo singer/guitarist). Outdoor space (behind the kitchen and bathrooms) is beautiful and serene. 4. Food - everything was delicious and ordered everything that was on the show. We went with this for such a huge menu anyway so noticed except for the ceviche, everything was the one that restaurant recommended (boxed in on the actual menu) and we loved all of them! Typically, we will go to our local restaurant for Cinco De Mayo but this time, we drove for over an hour and even though my family was not loving the drive, after the meal, they all commented it was worth it for everything was different and delicious.

La comida muy buena !! Bonito lugar !!! Llegamos un poco tarde y la atención no fue al !!!

Love! My family and I share a reservation for La Casita Mexicana after my aunt's law school graduation. They were able to accommodate a group of 11 with no issues. We have a spacious table with room for comfort. We ordered pitchers of their Tamarindo Margarita and Jamaica Margarita. Everyone was big fans, but Tamarindo was our favorite! As for the food, we had no complaints. The fam ordered a big variety of dishes. Taco dorados, sopa de fideo, mole y pollo, guacamole, cheese fondue and more. My sopa de fideo was served hot, and quickly since it was my simple main dish. The tortillas are made by hand here and adds that authentic touch. The guacamole was also handmade which is much appreciated since I've had run-ins with horrendous bagged guacamole served to me at other restaurants. The vibes were great too. The decor and colorful ambiance made us feel at home.

I brought a friend from work here for her birthday and she absolutely loved the Enchiladas Tres Moles! I myself opted for the "3 carnes" plate which has carne asada, chorizo and cecina!

Great service. Great food. Loved the ambiance. Highly recommend. The margaritas are outstanding.

Buddy and I stopped by and the food was awesome. Their chips and salsa was crazy good. I will be back!!

La Casita Mexicana is a festive Mexican restaurant next to taco stands and a futsal court in the city of Bell. Inside, there's an artwork that looks like a smashed piñata raining down colorful little birds. Everyone on the staff is really nice here. Chiles en Nogada: This is a green and white confection topped with red pomegranate gems, which is part entrée and part dessert. It's the Mexican flag on a plate! The green poblano chili pepper isn't really stuffed as it acts more like a canopy over the filling. The minced beef, candied cactus, dried fruit, and walnuts combine to form a sweet and savory picadillo. The nogada is a white pecan cream sauce with some tanginess to balance the sweetness. A side dish of white rice is provided. The complimentary basket of chips with mole is delicious. I definitely need to return to sample their mole and other dishes. Parking: There's plenty of free street parking next to the restaurant.

Excellent service and excellent food. Went in to celebrate my moms birthday and was not disappointed. Our table was 5 adults and two kids and our server knew exactly what to order for the kids and when we were ready to order. I order the tres Carnes plato and it was good. Cecina, carne asada and chorizo.

I stopped by here for lunch after a long run with my mom, we were HUNGRY! Fortunately came here in the afternoon time, it was not busy and we were asked what area we wanted to sit right away. There is a bar area, a regular inside area and a patio area which due to the cold weather we did not check out. The first impression of the place was as expected, beautifully decorated and great attention to detail. I loved the atmosphere of this place, which is something I take seriously when I go out for a nice meal. I am a sensory being and this place was pleasing to my senses the whole time. Our waiter quickly brought the chips and took our order, he was very attentive and I appreciated his insight and friendly demeanor. We chose to try the chile relleno and a filete in salsa de chipotle which came with a side of rice and tortillas. The waiter asked me if I wanted to add a side of meat to my chile relleno and when I received it I realized why, but the chile and rice were surprisingly filling and satisfying all on their own. My mother enjoyed her fish, the chipotle sauce was savory and not too spicy. I am looking forward to coming back to try other items on the menu and eat in the outside patio area.
